曹操：If you give someone a hand（small help）, he/she thanks, then you say no problem（at all）. If you give someone big help, then you can say "you are very welcome". If you treat others having a dinner, they might thank, then you should say "my pleasure". My personal understanding, may be not completely right.

卅年一经成一梦，烛光书影几徘徊。翩然又见黄鹤至，月移花去望重来。
